  • Registration Data: Name, Institutional Designation, GSTIN, Email, and Phone.
  • Transaction Logs: Order history, delivery addresses, and technical configurations.
  • AI Interaction Logs: Queries posed to the RoundKart AI Bot to improve technical support accuracy.
  • Device & Usage Metadata: Cookies, IP addresses, and browser headers used for platform optimization and security monitoring.

3. AI and Large Language Model (LLM) Integration

Knowledge Retrieval: Our AI systems sync with site-wide public data (WordPress/WooCommerce catalogs) to provide instant technical assistance.

Sensitive Data Isolation: No private client data, bank details, or internal memos are used to train or fine-tune our AI bots. We maintain a strict “silo” architecture for client data.

4. Third-Party Disclosure

RoundKart does not sell your data. We share information only with:

  • Authorized Logistics Partners: For fulfillment and tracking.
  • Principal Manufacturers: For warranty registration and authorized servicing.
  • Statutory Agencies: When required by Indian law for tax or regulatory audits.

Clients may exercise their right to:

  • Data Deletion: Request erasure of non-statutory data after contract fulfillment.
  • Retention: Financial records are retained for the period mandated by the Companies Act and Taxation laws.
